[Katniss is venturing into the network with a question of her own for the first time. She's been watching this device, monitoring the transmission and she feels comfortable enough with it. They all seem voluntary rather than the Admiral exposing them.
Still, she looks very unhappy when she appears on camera. Irritated even, as she examines a piece of wood that is now only sort of shaped like an arrow.]
I need arrow making supplies. The wood from the enclosure doesn't seem to last more than a couple of days. [There's a question there. Why? But she doesn't ask. People tend to inform her right away when she makes a stupid question.]

[She saw the announcement and she doesn't know what to do with it. She doesn't have a file, or anything that can help her, so she'll just go with:]
